Ontario Northland Information

Here you will find information on the ONR and its Trains.  If you are interested in taking the bus or train with Ontario Northland, I would encourage you to visit the links on the right, and these will take you to the information.  Packages are available for some of the Train services and they offer you a perspective you can only dream of.

Links to the trains are on the right hand side and will take you the ONR site. The Little bear was finally retired this year in some form as the ONR merged the Little Bear and PBX-making the PBX a year round train.

If you are traveling by Northlander train, you will enjoy the comfort and style.  Their link is also to the left under Ontario Northland bus it.  So let someone else do the driving for a change.

If you have questions about traveling by rail or the Polar Bear Express, you can also visit the Northlander site-to the left.  Here you will find the costs, where the train goes (i.e.: North Bay to Toronto) bus information, and general tickets.

So take advantage of the experience that Ontario Northland offers. Ride the Polar Bear Express train to Moosonee and visit Moose Factory for an experience of its own, go visit Fossil Island, and take the wilderness Excursion on the Moose River to James Bay or take a guided tour by bus.
